Company Policy & Service Disclaimer

We appreciate your business and strive to provide high-quality auto detailing services with professionalism and care. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review the following policies and disclaimers that apply to all services provided by Kingsway Auto Detailing.

1. Appointment & Payment Policy

    •    Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you are unable to make your appointment please be courteous and provide us 24 hours’ notice so we can re book the slot.

    •    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    •    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

2. Personal Belongings

    •    Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to service.

    •    Kingsway Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

3. Pre-Existing Damage & Wear

    •    We conduct a basic inspection of the vehicle before starting service, but we are not liable for pre-existing issues, including:

    •    Scratches, dents, faded paint, oxidized surfaces

    •    Cracked or damaged trim, upholstery, or plastics

    •    Aging or loose components

    •    Some defects may become more noticeable after cleaning. This is common with worn paint, upholstery, or plastic.

4. Service Limitations

    •    Auto detailing can improve the appearance of a vehicle, but it cannot guarantee full restoration or make a car look brand new.

    •    Stains, odors, scratches, and other damage may not be fully removable.

    •    We reserve the right to decline service for vehicles that are excessively dirty, infested, or unsafe to clean.

5. Exterior Hand Wash Disclaimer

    •    A basic hand wash is included with interior detailing services for surface cleaning only.

    •    It will not correct paint defects, remove embedded contaminants, or restore finishes.

    •    This wash is not a substitute for professional exterior detailing or paint correction

6. Ceramic Coatings, PPF, and Special Surfaces

    •    If your vehicle has ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), matte wrap, or other special finishes, please inform us before service begins.

    •    We will use appropriate techniques to avoid damage. However, we are not responsible for damage to coatings or films that were not disclosed.

7. Liability Waiver

    •    By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these policies.

    •    Kingsway Auto Detailing is not liable for:

    •    Wear and tear exposed during cleaning

    •    Pre-existing damages or aging surfaces

    •    Unreported coatings or modifications

    •    Items lost or damaged during service

    •    Any damages determined to be caused by our direct negligence will be addressed in good faith and on a case-by-case basis.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

    •    If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

    •    We do not offer refunds, but we may offer reasonable touch-ups or re-cleaning at our discretion.

By leaving your vehicle with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that some surfaces may show pre-existing damage or experience normal aging effects after deep cleaning.

Lost or Misplaced Items Policy

At Kingsway Auto Detailing we are committed to providing exceptional service and taking great care while detailing your vehicle. However, we kindly ask all customers to remove any personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service.

Please note the following policy regarding personal items:

    •    Kingsway Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle before, during, or after the detailing process.

    •    This includes, but is not limited to: electronics, jewelry, cash, important documents, keys, sunglasses, or any other valuables.

    •    While our team takes every precaution to ensure the interior of your vehicle is handled with care, we encourage all customers to double-check and remove all personal items before leaving the vehicle with us.

    •    If any items are found during service, we will do our best to notify you promptly and securely return them.

Damage and Wear & Tear Policy

At Kingsway Auto Detailing we take pride in delivering high-quality auto detailing services with attention to detail and care. However, due to the nature of detailing work and the condition of some vehicles, certain issues may arise beyond our control. Please review our policy below:

Pre-Existing Conditions and Wear & Tear

    •    Kingsway Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, excessive wear and tear, or weak/brittle components that may become more visible or worsen during the detailing process.

    •    This includes, but is not limited to: worn or faded paint, chipped clear coat, oxidized surfaces, cracked leather or vinyl, loose interior trim, aftermarket parts, and weathered rubber seals.

    •    Our team will do their best to identify and inform customers of any noticeable pre-existing conditions during the pre-service inspection.

Damage During Service

    •    While our staff takes every reasonable precaution to protect your vehicle, Kingsway Auto Detailing is not liable for damages resulting from aging materials, faulty or failing components, or manufacturer defects that may be affected during cleaning.

    •    Any accidental damage caused directly by our team during service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If our negligence is determined to be the cause, we will work with the customer toward a fair resolution.

    •    Customers are encouraged to notify us of any sensitive or damaged areas prior to the start of the service.

Exterior Hand Wash Policy

(Included with Interior Detailing Packages)

At Kingsway Auto Detailing we include a basic exterior hand wash as a service with our interior detailing package. This is intended to enhance the overall appearance of your vehicle, but it is important to understand the scope and limitations of this service.

What to Expect:

    •    The exterior hand wash is a standard, surface-level cleaning designed to remove loose dirt, dust, and road grime.

    •    This is not a full exterior detail, paint correction, or restoration. It will not eliminate embedded contaminants like bugs and tree sap, heavy staining, swirl marks, or restore faded paint.

    •    While we aim to leave your vehicle looking noticeably cleaner, this service is not intended to make your vehicle look brand new or deliver dramatic, showroom-level results.

    •    No miracle transformations should be expected — our focus is on a clean finish that outperforms automatic car washes and complements the interior detailing service you are getting done.

Ceramic Coatings and Paint Protection Film (PPF):

    •    If your vehicle has a ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), or any aftermarket exterior treatment, please notify us before service.

    •    These surfaces require special care, and we will adjust our washing method accordingly to avoid damage.

    •    Kingsway Auto Detailing is not liable for any issues arising from unreported coatings or protective films. We provide both Ceramic Coatings and PPF services and are well trained on how to maintain vehicle with these paint protection options. The method is different than a standard basic wash and we must charge accordingly.
